Warranty Policy

Blue Honest Inc. warrants that your laser device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage Includes

  • Repair or replacement of defective parts due to manufacturing or workmanship issues

  • Warranty service provided at no cost within the one-year coverage period

Warranty Does Not Cover Damage Caused By

  • Accidental drops, impacts, or submersion in water

  • Misuse, abuse, or improper handling

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Normal wear and tear

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact our support team at customerservice@bluehonest.com within the warranty period.

  2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  3. Describe the issue in detail and include supporting photos or documentation if available.

  4. We will guide you through the next steps for repair or replacement.

This warranty is non-transferable. Blue Honest Inc. reserves the right to determine whether a claim is valid based on the conditions outlined above.
