At Blue Honest Inc., customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and in the performance of our technology. That is why we offer a 30-day return policy, subject to the conditions below.

 

30-Day Guarantee Conditions

  • You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

  • To qualify, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of wear, misuse, or abuse, and must include all manuals, accessories, and original packaging.

  • A legitimate reason for the return must be provided, such as product defect, damage, or documented dissatisfaction with performance. Returns made solely for temporary use or without cause will not be accepted.

  • All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Blue Honest Inc.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at customerservice@bluehonest.com within 30 days of receipt.

  2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  3. Explain the reason for your return, including any supporting details.

  4. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending the product back to:

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for:

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return the original item (if approved) and then place a new order once the return has been processed.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, less applicable shipping charges. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
